I think said pretty boys are what's keeping them on their feet. I see a lot more female players than male for FF and the fandom just loves to ship X with Y despite having no romantic relations ever. If they went back to their FF7, the original, ways then you'd get the screaming backlash of their boys not looking like women. Maybe that's why Asura has such a low fan base. Yasha's the closest thing to female fanservice, and the majority of the women are fully clothed and not slutting it up around everyone. -ahem- Sorry for that, I'm just upset that I can't find any closure for this game.
